Beschreibung
Herzlich willkommen bei uns – Raum für Mensch und Pferd Inmitten üppigem Grün und nur rund 38 km südöstlich des Berliner Stadtzentrums gelegen, bietet der St. Georg Equestrian Club eine Reitanlage mit Geschichte und Zukunft.
Unsere moderne Ausstattung
- 40x60m Reithalle – hell und großzügig mit neuem Reitboden.
- 50x80m Springplatz mit top Boden
- Zwei gepflegte Vierecke 20x40m und 20x60m
- zwei überdachte Roundpens & eine Führanlage für bis zu 6 Pferde
Für die Pferde stehen zur Verfügung:
- 35 helle Innenboxen
- 6 sehr große, helle Innenboxen mit direktem Zugang zur Reithalle (derzeit belegt mit Warteliste)
- 10 traumhafte Paddockboxen mit direktem Zugang zur Reithalle (derzeit belegt mit Warteliste)
- zwei großzügige, Geschlechter getrennte Offenställe (Wallache derzeit voll mit Warteliste)
Sattelkammern: Große Sattelkammer (500 m²) über dem großen Stalltrakt. Separate Sattelkammer im kleinen Stalltrakt.
Nachhaltigkeit:
- Wasseraufbereitungsanlage für Trinkwasserqualität.
- Wärmepumpen
- Vorbereitung für autarke PV‑Stromversorgung.
Boxentyp - Monatlicher Preis
Offenstall - 500 € Innenbox (großer Stalltrakt) - 650 € Innenbox (kleiner Stalltrakt – groß e Boxen) - 700 € Paddockbox - 800 €
Inklusive Leistungen bei allen Boxen mit Weidegang in Geschlechter getrennten Herden: Misten / Abäppeln, Heu & Einstreu, Hafer Einstreu: Strohpellets.
Neu als Zusatzleistung: Bedampftes Heu in den Boxen und auf den Tagespaddocks gegen Zuzahlung möglich! Auch hier Geschlechter getrennte Herden.
Besonderheiten & Perspektiven Nachhaltigkeit: Unsere Wasseraufbereitungsanlage garantiert flächendeckend Trinkwasserqualität – für optimales Pferdewohl.
Zukunftsidee: Geplant ist die Wiedereröffnung der Hofgastronomie – perfekt für entspannte Gespräche nach der Reitstunde.
Zusätzlich ist im Frühjahr ein Paddocktrail geplant.
