Komplette separate Offenstallhälfte zu vermieten (für bis zu 4 Pferden/5 Ponies), frei ab 1.12.25. NUR für SELBSTVERSORGER, keine Teil- oder Vollpension möglich. Inklusive Stall, Auslauf und Weideflächen.

Diese Option ist ideal für jemanden, der mehrere Tiere besitzt oder für ein paar miteinander befreundete/verwandte Personen, die sich den Stall teilen möchten und wo alle sich gut vertragen!

Der privat geführte Stall befindet sich in einem historischen Dreiseitenhof in unmittelbarer Nähe von Loshausen (Gemeinde Willingshausen). Es befinden sich andere Pferde am Hof, auch von den Hofbesitzern (Reitwarte mit Sachkundennachweis, langjährige Reittrainerin/Ausbilderin) plus noch eine Einställerin. Der Offenstall hat direkter Anschluss ans Haus - d.h. "Familienanschluss".

In der kleinen Stallgemeinschaft können gelegentliche Arbeitsaufgaben untereinander organisiert werden, z.B. bei Urlaubsvertretung, jedoch gilt hier grundsätzlich das Konzept, daß sich jeder Besitzer +/- Pflege-/Reitbeteiligung nur um seine eigenen Pferde kümmert. PferdepflegerInnen auf bezahlter Basis können selbstverständlich bei Bedarf extra beauftragt werden.

Den Pferden könnte 24 Stunden lang Heu vom Rundballen durch das Fressgitter zur freien Verfügung stehen, oder man trennt Portionen ab. Die Pferde lässt man, je nach Wetterlage und Gesundheit stundenweise, halb- oder auch ganztags auf die Weide.

Die ehemalige Maschinenhalle ist 9,5mx12m groß, inklusive Liegeplatz, Fressgitter, Tränke. Dieser Raum kann weiter mit Panels unterteilt werden, wenn ein oder zwei Pferde separat gehalten werden sollen.

Hinter dem Fressgitter gibt es genug Platz für bis zu 2 Rundballen Heu, Spind, Futtertonnen, Reitequipment usw. Eine kleine Scheune gegenüber dient als Heu- und Strohlager, für Schubkarre usw.

Vor dem Offenstallgebäude gibt es einen Auslauf mit Panels und festem Untergrund, ca 100m2 groß.

Vom Auslauf kann je nach Wetter entscheiden, ob die Pferde sich frei nach eigener Wahl auf die Wiese bzw. in den Auslauf oder ins Stallgebäude bewegen dürfen, oder man schließt die entsprechende Tür, um sie nach draußen oder drinnen zu begrenzen.

Die zugewiesene “eigene” Weideparzelle ist ca. 2800qm groß und wird in zwei Hälften unterteilt, damit das Gras im Wechsel auf einer Seite nachwachsen kann. Wir haben das ganze Jahr über Weidegang, da der Boden recht gut durchlässig ist; nur bei matschigen Boden sollten die Weiden geschont werden. Rund herum (als Randbegrenzung) gibt es einen Elektrozaun mit 3 fach Litze an Eichenpfosten.

Das Trinkwasser für die Tiere wird mit einem vorhandenen Gartenschlauch vom Hauskeller aus aufgefüllt. Heu und Stroh kann man bei uns oder vom Landwirt im nächsten Dorf dazu kaufen und es wird wöchentlich angeliefert.

Des Weiteren gibt es einen 20x40m Reitplatz mit Naturboden, der allerdings je nach Wetterlage in unterschiedlicher Intensität nutzbar ist, sodass wir eher etwas für Freizeitreiter sind. Außerdem gibt es einen 18m Roundpen mit Hackschnitzeln.

Eine Reithalle wäre ansonsten in 10-15 Minuten Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Gutes Ausreitgelände rund herum.

Eine abschließbare Sattelkammer steht bei Bedarf separat zur Verfügung.

Es gibt außerdem eine Pferdedusche und eine Notbox für ein krankes Tier/zum Isolieren bei Sedierung usw.

Der Preis beinhaltet exklusive Benutzung des Stalltrakts mit Auslauf und der zugeteilten Wiesen, geteilte Nutzung von Reitplatz/Roundpen, Lager für Heu/Stroh/Stallequipment/Reitsachen, Tierhalterhaftpflichtversicherung, Gebäudeversicherung, Strom und Wasser. Pferdeausbildung, Rehaprogramm und Reitunterricht möglich.

Da unsere langjährige Pächterin uns leider nun verlässt, wünschen wir uns wieder ein unkompliziertes Zusammenleben mit Personen, die ebenfalls vorhaben, 4 Jahre oder länger zu bleiben. Wir legen viel Wert auf gute Haltungsbedingungen, auf ethisches und faires Miteinander, Mensch-Pferd sowie Mensch-Mensch, gute Kommunikation und Zuverlässigkeit.
