Nach mehr als 30 Jahren Erfahrung im Reitsport, mit eigenen Pferden und Pferdepension (Boxen mit Weidegang), leben die Pferde bei uns seit Herbst 2013 im neu erbauten Aktivstall auf natürliche und zugleich modern organisierte Weise in artgerechter Herdenhaltung.

Unser Aktivstall in der Praxis Unser Aktivstall berücksichtigt die Eckpfeiler der artgerechten Pferdehaltung, also Bewegung, natürliches Fressverhalten und Leben im Herdenverband. Dies wird in der Praxis umgesetzt, indem wir wichtige Bereiche des Pferde-Lebens räumlich trennen:

• Laufwege mit unterschiedlichem Belag • Heu & Stroh, also Raufutter (kontrollierte eigener Herstellung), und Kraft- bzw. Mineralfutter & Müsli • Frostsichere Tränken • Ruhezone • Wälzzone • Raumteilerelemente • Salz- & Mineralleckstein • Holzstämme zum Knabbern

Wie in der Natur werden die Pferde im Aktivstall so ganz artgerecht motiviert, sich ihren Bedürfnissen gemäß zu ständig zu bewegen und die entsprechenden Zonen aufzusuchen, um zu fressen, zu trinken, zu ruhen, sich zu wälzen usw. Dabei entsprechen die häufigen, über den Tag verteilten Futterportionen dem natürlichen Fressverhalten eines Pferdes, was seiner Gesundheit zu Gute kommt. Weiterhin werden auch die sozialen Bedürfnisse eines Pferdes so berücksichtigt: Durch die Möglichkeit der freien Bewegung können die Pferde zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit im Aktivstall in der Herde leben, bei einander wachen, Fellpflege betreiben usw.. Das Miteinander der Pferde gestaltet sich auf diese Weise harmonisch, weil bedürfnisgerecht.

Unser Aktivstall bietet auf 5000m² Platz für ca. 50 Pferde und beachtet folgende Grundlagen:

• Befestigte Laufflächen ohne Matsch • Trockene, weiche Liegeflächen, keine Schadgase • Frischluft statt Stallmief • Moderne bauliche Ausstattung und Trainingsmöglichkeiten • Hochwertiges Futter, kein Schimmel und Staub • Pferdegerechte Fütterungsintervalle • Gesundheitsmanagement und -kontrolle • Täglicher Weidegang in den Sommermonaten(wir verfügen über 20 ha Weideland)

Moderne und durchdachte Hofanlage • Beheizte Sattelkammer mit Sattelschränken • 8 Putzboxen • 2 Waschboxen • Solarium • Solekammer • gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten direkt am Putzplatz • kleine ‚Teeküche‘ • ausreichend Parkplätze • gut belüftete Reithalle von 20 x 40m mit 4 Spiegeln • Hofcafé • wunderbares Ausreitgelände in der Eifel-Landschaft

Aus Reitersicht ist die Eifel einfach nur toll und bietet quasi unendliche Möglichkeiten. Es gibt viele einmalig schöne Ausritt-Varianten. Neue Einsteller werden gerne auch mal in die besonderen Geheimtipps eingeweiht oder mit auf die verschiedenen Lieblingsausritte genommen.
