Beschreibung
Mitten im Naturschutzgebiet Wurmtal, nur wenige Kilometer von Aachen entfernt, wartet ein ganz besonderer Ort auf neue Bewohner – zwei- und vierbeinig!
Wir bieten einen Selbstversorger-Offenstall für 4–5 Kleinpferde/Ponies in traumhafter, naturnaher Lage.
Der Stall besteht aus vier offenen Pferdeboxen, einer Sattelkammer, Heuboden, einem großen Natur-Paddock, der auch als Reitplatz genutzt werden kann (25x35m, beleuchtet, kein Sandplatz, im Winter leider recht matschig), sowie ca. 1 Hektar Wiesen. Die Weiden grenzen direkt an die Wurm, sind in kleinere Parzellen unterteilt und laden zu einer pferdegerechten Haltung ein. Ein Trail rund um eine der Wiesen kann – je nach Wetter – auch im Winter ganzjährig genutzt werden. Vor den Boxen gibt es einen befestigen Anbinde/Putzplatz. In der Nähe befinden sich 3 Reitanlagen, wo evtl. gegen Gebühr Reitplätze und/oder -hallen benutzt werden könnten.
Der Stall liegt idyllisch im Tal, mit Bäumen und Flusslauf. Durch die Nähe zur Wurm kann es feuchter sein – dafür ist es wunderschön. Aus Erfahrung wissen wir: Allergiker-Ponies oder Pferde mit Arthrose fühlen sich hier eher weniger wohl. Hengste können wir leider nicht aufnehmen, da unsere Zäune bewusst nicht auf Hochsicherheitsniveau ausgelegt sind. Wir leben hier lieber den freiheitsliebenden Ansatz mit Litzen und Stippen statt Fort Knox – und bitten die Pferde (und Menschen 😉), da mitzuspielen, auch wenn kein Strom drauf ist.
Der Stall befindet sich aktuell im Wiederaufbau. Er wurde über 15 Jahre von Einstallern genutzt und braucht nun eine ordentliche Schönheitskur. Das spiegelt sich auch im moderaten Preis für diese außergewöhnliche Lage wider.
Wir wünschen uns daher ausdrücklich eine Mietpartei mit Tatendrang, handwerklichem Geschick und Lust, gemeinsam mit uns – und unserer Unterstützung – ein kleines Pony-Paradies zu erschaffen. Ihr solltet eine gute Portion Pioniergeist mitbringen, denn der der Stall ist keine Luxusherberge sondern eher was für Wald- und Wiesenreiter.
Um typische Stall-Diskussionen zu vermeiden, suchen wir eine (!) feste Mietpartei, idealerweise mit mehreren eigenen Ponies. Der Stall ist zum ersten Mal komplett leer und kann daher nun als Ganzes gemietet werden. Ein wunderbares Projekt für jemanden, der neu anfangen und lange bleiben möchte. Aber wie gesagt: Dies ist kein Stall für Luxus-Pferde oder Perfektionisten. Die Pferde müssen absolut rustikal gehalten werden können – und auch der Mensch sollte eine entspannte, alternative, naturnahe Einstellung mitbringen. Wie wir selbst.
Wir wünschen uns ein gutes Miteinander, glückliche Vierbeiner, Menschen mit Herz, Humor und Tatkraft – aber auch mit viel Laissez-faire. Ein kleiner Isi-Stall oder Ähnliches würde hier perfekt passen. Wanderreiter sind ebenfalls herzlich willkommen.
Wichtig noch: Wir selbst nutzen die Wiesen ein paar Mal im Jahr, z.B. fürs Pfingstzelten oder das große (!) Mühlenfest. Dann herrscht für 2–3 Tage Ausnahmezustand, die Pferde rücken etwas zusammen und schauen dem bunten Treiben zu. Das hat bisher immer wunderbar funktioniert – wir sind erprobt 😊
Der Stall ist ab sofort frei und kann bei ernsthaftem Interesse gerne besichtigt werden.
Und ja – Selbstversorger habe ich das schon erwähnt? 😉 Die Arbeit ist nicht zu unterschätzen, aber das wisst ihr ja selbst.
